Hayes Pipe offers “hands-on” training for all new sales and management personnel. Our training program starts with the trainee having an introductory period in our warehouse. This is a great opportunity to gain product knowledge and a grass roots understanding of our business through the shipping and receiving department. The training program will progress into Inside Sales/Customer Service where the individual will be exposed to many facets of the business. We believe this style of training program builds confidence and enhances the abilities in all our new sales personnel. It also allows all of our sales and management personnel to gain important product knowledge, exposure to our customer base and a good general working knowledge of the business which are all keys to a successful and prosperous, long-term career.

REQUIREMENTS:
One to two years minimum experience in a similar industry.
